Process of Creating Renders
GREAT WAY TO PRESENT YOUR PROJECT
We can start with elevations, material references and floor plans. AutoCAD (.DWG) format CADs are prefered, but we can work also from hand-drawing sketches and rasterized drawings including .jpg, .pdf, etc. If you send us some reference pictures, colors or textures, we would be able to bring you to render as closest we can with a real project.
View angles are the position and direction of the cameras. They are very important because we only build the spacing that can be captured in the view to save you time and budget. View angles can be marked as an arrow on the site plan or floor plan.
Please choose a view and let us know if you prefer some landscaping on your render or any other details
Materials can be detailed on the elevations, material boards or a list of products. Reference images will be greatly helpful for us to match the exact texture & color selected.
Please make marks on the existing render with a comment, explaining what changes you would like to make. For example for an exterior house rendering:
– Gray stucco needs to be darker
– Rock wall needs to be bigger
– Add more plants
An interior material board is great helpful for us to understanding the design.
On the final render, you will carefully review the entire render and let us know if you have any minor changes. Our exterior/Interior final renders are 4K resolution. If you need a higher resolution for a large print, please let us know before hand.
